This policy applies to purchases made at our physical store and through our website.
1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery
Items must be in resalable condition
To complete your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Software, digital products, and license keys
Opened or activated software
Downloadable software products
Gift cards
Custom-built or special-order items
DIY PC components once installed or used
Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
Some health and personal care items
Services already rendered, including repair and diagnostic services
3. Defective or Faulty Products
If you receive a defective or faulty product:
You must notify us within 7 days of purchase or delivery
The item may be eligible for exchange, repair, or warranty claim
All defective items are subject to manufacturer warranty terms
Physical damage, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification is not covered
4. Repair & Service Policy
For repair and service-related work:
Diagnostic or inspection fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Repair charges are non-refundable once work has commenced or completed
Customer approval will be obtained before any repair begins
Warranty on repair services (if applicable) applies only to replaced parts
Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting devices for repair.
XMP Digital Network is not responsible for data loss.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider
Delivery fees and service charges are non-refundable
Cash refunds are subject to management discretion and may be issued as store credit

Exchanges are subject to:
Product availability
Price differences (top-up or partial refund may apply)
Management approval
